At Texas Security Academy, we take pride in the quality of our training and services. Because our offerings primarily consist of digital content, scheduled in-person training sessions, and professional certifications, we adhere to a strict refund and return policy.
1. No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. Texas Security Academy does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services purchased through txsecurityacademy.com. This includes, but is not limited to:
Online training courses and digital materials.
In-person classroom registration fees.
Firearms training and certification fees.
Consulting or administrative services.
2. Digital Products
Once access to an online course or digital download has been granted, the service is considered “consumed.” We cannot revoke access to the information provided; therefore, we cannot offer refunds for digital goods under any circumstances.
3. Training & Classes
Registration fees secure your seat in our limited-capacity sessions. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class:
No refunds will be issued for “no-shows.”
At our sole discretion, we may allow a one-time reschedule to a future date, provided we are notified at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class.
4. Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if a scheduled class is canceled by Texas Security Academy and an alternative date cannot be provided. In this specific instance, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
